Our SEIRS installers have over 20 years experience working alongside trade suppliers in some of the UK's most prestigious business' and historical buildings installing and refitting their work spaces and archive storage.

Chas Accredited Assure Build has vast experience in Locker Installations,Shop Fitting, Shelving Installations, Workbench Installations and all kinds of Commercial Furniture fit-outs.

We have a team of 20+ installers that are all experienced in working from CAD drawings, carry CSCS cards and are BSVR (Baseline Security Verification Record) security checked. Assure Build is also fully insured, not only for public liability but also product liability.

All projects will be attended by a fully qualified "SIERS" Supervisor. Risk Assessments, Method statements and COSHH can be provided.


We offer a complete range of dismantling and move or dismantling and disposal of installed shelving, display cabinets, mobile shelving, roller racking, roll and stack systems. 

Following guide lines from PUWER 1998 (Regulation 6: Inspections) when work equipment is first installed, AND when moved OR relocated, it must be inspected to ensure that it has been correctly installed and operates safely. Also, where it is possible that conditions could cause deterioration, the work equipment must be regularly inspected to ensure that safety is maintained.

All inspections must be carried out by a competent person. Records of inspections must be made and kept for a set period.

When work equipment is used outside its owner’s undertaking, then proof of inspection must accompany the equipment.


An inspection is required by a competent person:

  • when work equipment is first installed AND if it is relocated;

  • when work equipment is installed for the first time to ensure that it has been installed correctly, the links or connections with other equipment, systems and services are securely in place and that it is safe to operate;

  • if work equipment is moved or relocated. Once it is in its new situation, it must be inspected to ensure safe installation and operation; it must be treated as though it were being installed for the first time.


This work can be carried out during normal working hours or be done during the evenings / nights or weekends. We are very flexible in our approach.

Sometimes storage equipment comes to the end of its life and it will need to be disposed of ethically.

When it is not suitable to sell on, you can benefit from our equipment and furniture disposal service that recycles to worthwhile non-profit organisations and projects that will still put it to good use - greener than filling a landfill site.


Our SEIRS installers will dismantle and transport all equipment and leave you with a tidy, clean workplace.

Assure Build can provide storage, distribution, installation and reconfiguration work for end users.


We can meet the deliveries at site, offload, unpack and install equipment to instructions and/or drawings.

We can also deal with distribution and installation of products sent to us by various manufacturers when purchased by our clients (typically office interiors) that we consolidate and send to site on our own vehicles.
