We recently undertook a project in one of the major UK museums. It was the movement of a couple of display cabinets that needed to be relocated.
This kind of work is something we regularly do. Some of the venues we work in are amazing and the display cases are huge and very expensive.
We realise the importance of the contents and our heritage so we ensure that we use only the highly experienced members of our team. We have the reassurance that we are fully insured for £5 million product liability. We also ensure that we have properly prepared risk assesments and method statements. Health and safety, especially when working in public places, is of high importance to us. Thats why we pride ourselves on CHAS accreditation and every project we do is always attended by a fully qualified site manager. All of our team members carry CSCS cards and are regularly kept up to date with all aspects of health and safety.
All in all we can happily say that we take our job extremely seriously.
