This project was a small mezzanine in Camberley that needed removing when the customer left the premises.
We often find, with online retail the way it is at the moment, that customers are quickly out growing warehouses and moving on to larger property's. Most of the time the landlords require that the lease is handed back as it was found. This can mean that pallet racking, shelving and mezzanine floors need to be taken with them, or at least, taken down.
We dismantled this mezzanine in a couple of days ensuring the client was on time to hand back the keys. The floor bolts have been ground down and any holes made good.
